Ryuunosuke Kanda

Height: 175cm Weight: 66kg Blood type: O Osamu's second-in-command and childhood friend. He is more compassionate and friendly than Osamu. He is Shuuji's best friend too. He is a member of Izumokai Youth Division and later on he became the Second leader of Osamu.
