Toshiya Misumi

Initially weak and fearful, Toshi evolves after partnering with Mon into a man who only wants destruction and power. He begins to almost worship the concept of power, and tries to overthrow societal standards through a series of terrorist-like bombings and acts of utterly senseless violence. He is extremely smart, being good at scheming and quick to forge opportunities in bleak situations.
