Judas Iscariot

Judas Iscariot is the disciple in charge of the group's finances. He is the son of Simon Iscariot. Beyond that little is certain about him. Does his second name indicates he's one of the Sicarii, the 'knifeman' sect of the Zealots who seek to overthrow the empire... or merely that he's from the small Judean town of Kerioth?
