Liutenant Vio

Vio is a lieutenant who disguised himself as an old farmer and tried to trick Kakashi and Dorothy into retrieving the "Dog Bracelet." However, he failed and was killed by Corporal Chopin, who was acting under orders from headquarters. His personal belief was: "The world is full of dirty and ugly things."
