Sha-Akula is a Xian who was one of the founders of the Thought Foundation. As one of the Official of the Summit Court, he holds the Seventh Seat. He founded the country of Sha during the Age of Gods, established as a result of Iskandar's eastward expedition and failure to conquer India radically affecting culture and thus the Thought Foundation.
