Isami Kondou

Born in Tokyo. Enrolled in the National Defense Academy due to financial issues at home and a desire to accomplish something significant. Enjoys studying and is very strict with money. Belonged to the honor guard in the alumni association. Aspired to be an air force officer but was assigned to the naval branch. Currently a sophomore.
