Affiliation: Kingdom of Sammelheim Occupation: Diplomat(former), Lady-in-Waiting, Bodyguard She is a woman who seems to be at least in her late thirties with shoulder length blonde hair which she keeps pulled up in a bun, and has side bangs framing her face. She typically wears business casual clothes. She is diligent and loyally serves her charge and Kingdom without complaint. While she can be serious she also has a friendly side even playing with Ami, and a sense of humor putting a dumbbell when taking off her jacket to make it thud to the ground as a joke to entertain Ami. She is also a very strong fighter not showing off her true strength until the end. She is a caring mother to her daughter missing her. She was introduced as a lady in waiting in service to Princess Olivia who has visited Japan to meet her fiancé and recreate a dish her mother once tasted created by Sachiko. Sara is a contact and friend of Mrs. Hououji from back when they were both diplomats in Spain where Hououji was stationed in the Japanese embassy. It was due to the latter that Cecilia visited the Japanese embassy for an official dinner eating Sachiko's cooking. It was through her contact with Hououji that she was able to arrange for Sachiko to be the Queen's chef during the remaining days of her trip. Sara contacts her as part of her attempt to locate Hayato after arriving in Japan. Sara alongside Olivia initially asks Takao Ono, Sachiko's apprentice what the dish was but after he was unable to recreate it exactly based off her description, she then is forced to meet Hayato.
