Steel Shell User

The Steel Shell User is a member of the Hawk Faction. He along with other members were present at the Yotsurugi Family headquarters when Hibaru came. Following Shiou's orders, he and another member try to kill Hibaru. He boosts that he made a wish to the meteor strike to have a body of steel. He openly awaited Hibaru's attack, but didn't expect to be so powerful to blast him away.
