Gender: Female

Weapon Name: Drill Punch
The leader of Mighty Tools, a "squad" specialized in architecture and construction jobs throughout the Ark. Despite her diminutive size, Liter tends to talk like an elderly lady, owing to the long life she's lived as a Nikke. She's almost always seen with her robotic dog companion Bolt (sometimes spelled as Volt), and has a pet peeve for things being unclean and disorderly.
The leader of Mighty Tools. Contrary to her appearance, she has already lived a long life. At present, no other Nikke can surpass her when it comes to construction.
In contrast to her size and demeanor resembling that of a child, Liter speaks like an elderly woman being matured than what her appearance says otherwise, growing tired and highly critical of those out of her league, specifically those she deemed as younglings. Despite this, Liter takes her reputation as a member of Mighty Tools with great pride, believing that there's nothing that her squad is unable to raise and rebuild. That being said, she shows dismay when uncleanliness is around, particularly in the Outpost.

Though the exact time is not specified, Liter was converted into a Nikke sometime near the end of the Second Surface Reclamation War. Prior to her assignment in the unnamed squad led by Josh Humett, Liter only worked in the rear lines as logistic support, and had no field experience.
Over an unspecified time period, Liter trained alongside Josh's squad, and despite how tired it made her, always took the time to watch the sunset with her commander on a certain hilltop. Back then, she consistently displayed a tardiness when it come to attending squad social functions, such as mealtimes. When Liter showed reservations about her impending sortie to the surface (which would be her first time ever on the surface), Josh laughed, and promised that the squad agreed to come back alive and hold a party for their newest recruit's first trip up. As part of an attempt to get Liter to relax, Josh invited Liter to come attend the Festival of Harmony with the others, an event that showed off flowers and trees to herald the spring, and memorialize those who failed to reach the Ark in the First Invasion.
Liter attended the Festival of Harmony, and on the final day, Josh gifted Liter a pocket watch, a keepsake of his from the era before the Raptures. One he hoped would ensure his newest recruit would actually make her appointments on time for once. Liter felt guilty about not having anything to give him in return, but Josh waved it off, asking that she just give him whatever interesting trinket she found when she went to the surface.
Then on Liter's very first mission, she got careless and Josh died protecting her from a Rapture. She made it to the rendezvous point on time, but ironically, no one would witness it since everyone else was dead. In the end, Liter was the only survivor of her entire unit.
Following Josh's death, Liter saw how his memory was at best forgotten and at worst tarnished with rumors. Seeing him die what she deemed an "incomplete death," Liter wanted to build a legacy for herself before she passed.
