Gender: Female Affiliations: Ark, Missilis Industry Occupation: CEO of Missilis Industry Relatives: Jien (Half-sister) A young woman estimated to be around her late teenage years, Syuen serves as both the cunning CEO of Missilis Industry as well as the lead researcher of its technology team. Once one of, if not, the leading minds of Nikke research, Syuen's insights and innovations eventually propelled her into the lofty position of Missilis CEO. Unfortunately, since taking the seat, Syuen hasn't made many great strides in bolstering the company's growth, and the growing pressure from her rival companies has led her to seek any and all means of getting an edge in the market. She is the half-sister to Jien, who has a more affable yet secretive personality in contrast to her. Syuen is by far the least sociable and least likable of the Big Three's CEOs, bar none. She's arrogant, condescending, demanding, empathetically deficient, petty, and rarely, if ever, admits fault for anything she's done. Her attitude towards Nikkes is but the cherry on the sludgy sundae of her demeanor, seeing all of them, even Matis (her arguably most-favored squad that gets the shiniest new technology and weapons), as replaceable tools at best, and scrap heaps at worst. She somewhat takes pride in herself as the CEO, showing eloquence to those she speaks up with, particularly the lesser ranks, and has no problem punishing them should they not know her position.

In contrast to her arrogance and insidiousness, Syuen has at least a sense of morality as the CEO of Missilis. She will do anything in her power to maintain her company's reputation, such as firing those who tarnish the company's name through shady business practices. While she is not above negligence over the Nikkes in her company, she holds some of them dearly, specifically Matis, doing whatever it takes to restore them after being corrupted by the Raptures, despite the fact she tricked them into letting the Raptures into the Ark themselves just to bring back their good reputation, and harshly insulted Laplace when she's suffering from PTSD following the usage of Vapaus. She also possesses a softer side; in spite of disliking the cake Rupee offered to her, she ended up eating it anyways, or wanting to fight Ingrid after insulting Missilis, she tries calling for her help later on. In the end, Syuen's constant harassing of other CEOS and constant exploiting of other Nikkes are what led to her downfall, such as when Yuni nearly kills her and Enikk fires her from her position and sentences her to be turned into a Nikke.

Syuen became the third CEO of Missilis Industries after her predecessors stepped down. Though she was often compared to them in an unfavorable way, she knew that now was her moment to prove them wrong. In order to do so, she would create a Nikke squad that specializes in combat, but can be experimented upon to achieve greater results called Matis. The first member that was deemed a success was Laplace. After the triumph that was the Matis squad, Syuen was able to secure her position as Missilis's CEO.

Following the creation of Matis, Syuen began Project Wardress, creating the Nikkes Mihara and Yuni, who would be specialized in anti-Rapture and theoretically anti-Heretic operations. Syuen was so confident in Wardress' success that she planned to have them publicly debut after capturing the Special Individual Chatterbox, taking photos with them and even preparing an upgraded body for Mihara. Sadly, Wardress failed in their first mission to subjugate Chatterbox. Following that, Wardress would continue to fail in hunting Chatterbox, eventually culminating in several memory wipes as punishment, and exposing Syuen's unauthorized black ops using commanders. Wardress became derided as "Syuen's Folly" and would subsequently fall out of favor with the CEO for tarnishing her prestige. Syuen scrapped the plans for Wardress' debut and tossed Mihara's new body into storage, left out of sight and eventually forgotten.
