Theodore

Theodore, often called "Theo," is a student at F.O.L. Orphanage and part of its Pomeranian Class. After fellow Pomeranian Ronnie reached his "fledging day" and was fostered out, Theodore is now the institute's oldest student and "brother." (Source: Kuroshitsuji Wiki)
