One of the two genius twins that worked for the Egrigori. As the twins were ostracized by their peers for their superior intellect, Egrigori took them in and had them use their skills to create weapons Jeff uses his cyborg Plus to fight the ARMS, as the twins were sent to capture them. However, the twins used this opportunity to terrorize the school in Aisora, and were soon under threat by the Egrigori.
