Daio Emma

Daio is Rasetsu's son. He dies in a car accident and is resurrected by his father, but needs to feed on blood and organs regularly in order to not revert to a monstrous, homicidal form. After the angry villagers tear down the castle and his parents are killed, one of Daio's eyeballs falls into a sewer and grows into a monstrous child who begins wandering around.
