Kouhei Yamada

Kouhei is a handsome man who becomes obsessed with and stalks people he falls in love with. After Chino clears up one such incident, Kouhei starts bringing him sweets and "coincidentally" popping up at random times on the way to Chino's home. He is good at baking, and manages a café.
