Psychi Lethe

Psychi is the President of the Mana Association and one of the three original members of Tria (now Tessera). He is also the author of the book The Story of Melly & the Boy. He wrote the book at his own description 400 years ago. It was not by Certa's desire. He is an ambiguous character. At the beginning of the story he is introduced as a caring "father" figure to Ran and the other 3 High-Risk Group Mana Possessors he raises in the Stagnant Space, but in the progression of the story his actions become more and more questionable. He knows a lot, including things about Senika's death, yet pretends as if he doesn't know anything.
