Meguro is part of the leadership of the 7th gen of Kilihito and the captain of the guard squad. He always wears his sunglasses, to avoid showing his blue eyes, and tries to keep it cool. He is also known as "Blue Eyed Meguro" from the times when he was in 3rd grade.
