Cyrano is the previous King of the Kingdom of Margina and father of Jail. He imposed a limit the amount of Freezing Ice (aka. Red Stone) since the mineral have direct connection with the environment, Roxxane was against it which led them into various discussions until the day Roxxane decided to join Violet's plot to kill him.
