Seiya Yomi

After his dead in station Meiji-jinqumae (Chapter 5 / Volume 1) Seiya gets more power than he had to now and he can say who will be live and who will die, now. He can stay on side of innocent people who fall down to claws of monsters (ghosts, zombies etc...) from Tokyo' metro underground or he can help souls who can't find peace as so long as they have their revenge.
