The world's best striker who hails from France. Football initially served as a way for Noa to escape the life of poverty he was born into. Noa constantly strives to be the best version of himself he can be by pushing himself to his limits. Noa is naturally ambidextrous, making him capable of accomplishing many physical feats and moves. His philosophy towards football prioritizes an analytical, logical playstyle. Isagi has looked up to him since he was a child and greatly admires him.

Noa is Bastard Munchen’s coach and meets Isagi during the Neo Egoist League when he joins his team. Noa's primary objective is to evolve Kaiser by using Isagi so he may personally battle against Kaiser eventually once he’s a worthy opponent. Isagi’s idolization for Noa then wavers.
