When she was confessed to, she regained her memories before she was destroyed and time was reset.

An older version of her, working in a patisserie is one of the Managers that controls the city, giving citizens their suppressed memories with shortcake.

In the "real" world (Earth A), she was accidentally knocked by Makoto into traffic, though her brain was kept alive by Makoto to live in the world initially introduced. Bugs where she regained her memories led to her being "reset" (destroyed).

She eventually convinced Makoto from Earth A to return world B to everyone rather than use it as a personal utopia.
