Kageyuki Shiraishi

Shiraishi is the director of the Field Ops department and works in the Crime Lab as a profiler. People in the police force find him unique, or perhaps odd, especially when it comes to his love of cats. He's also often seen neglecting his work and spending more time entertaining himself. For example, he frequently teases or teases Ichika at work, much to the annoyance of Mukai and Sakuragawa. On the other hand, his ability to create accurate profiles often helps the police solve many cases. This is what makes Shiraishi a respected figure within the police force.

In his route, in the game, specifically in the bad ending route, Ichika has been poisoned by Adonis' ideology which has completely "damaged" her mental and rationality. Not only that, Adonis also stole Shiraishi's voice, making him unable to prevent Ichika from killing Yanagi and the rest of the detective group. Seeing that Ichika's condition is beyond saving, Shiraishi finally ends Ichika's life with his own hands.
