Sakekasu

Sakekasu (Seaslug) is the dimwitted and immature leader of the Rubberobo Gang and serves as the group's "commander," holding the highest authority among the four main leaders. Although his intelligence falls short compared to Shrimplips and Dr. Meta-Evil, he is a man of action and often the most capable of executing their more elaborate schemes. While he is far from a true mastermind of evil, Sakekasu does exhibit genuinely sinister traits, including a maniacal laugh and a sadistic streak that surfaces during his more reckless moments.
