Over top of this outfit, she wears a blue jacket with red trimming and a red collar, with the kanji "疾風迅雷" (Shippuujinrai "Swift Thunderclap") written on it and separated into half on each sleeve. She has white gloves with a blue lightning-bolt pattern on either hand.
