Chie Yumeno

Dreamy☆Chelsea, also known by her real name Chie Yumeno, is one of the main protagonists of Magical Girl Raising Project breakdown. Although Chelsea has been a magical girl for thirty years and wishes to make a career out of it, her mother forces her to find another job. While Chie is searching for employment, she stumbles upon a job offer from John Shepherdspie to work as a housemaid while he stays at the late Lyr Cuem Sataborn's estate. Chie is fond of magical girls, but dislikes modern mahou shoujo anime, as they feature violent magical girls who solve problems with punches and kicks. Despite her aversion to violent magical girls, Chelsea received combat training from her mother and can hold her own in a fight. Her magic allows her to control star-shaped objects. She usually uses this ability to create projectiles or to ride her stars like a hoverboard. Chelsea is very close with John Shepherdspie's other housemaid Pastel Mary.

After being pierced by one of Love Me Ren-Ren's arrows, Chelsea develops a one-sided crush on Mary due to Ren-Ren's magic. When she is eventually freed from the spell, Chelsea becomes incredibly embarrassed around Mary, due to how clingy and possessive she'd acted under the influence of the arrow.

Chelsea is one of the survivors of breakdown. After the events of the story, Chie considers giving up on her ambition to become a career magical girl, but decides that awful things would still happen to others regardless, and that running away from danger wouldn't be right for a magical girl like Dreamy☆Chelsea. Chelsea is last seen preparing to make a shepherd's pie in honor of her fallen employer.
