Bluebell Candy

Bluebell Candy is one of the main characters of Mahou Shoujo Ikusei Keikaku: ACES and QUEENS. In ACES, she is the administrative staff of the R&D Division who has sympathy to and helps Princess Deluge. Her self-evaluation is low.
