Rise Ryougawara

Rise is a Liberal Arts student attending Saint Isidore University. She is part of "The Crew" but spends almost all her time in the university's library, and has made it her goal to read all the books there. In Otayori:

Rise lives in the Restoration District and goes on reconnaissance missions. Using the microbes in the marsh, she helped develop antibodies which worked as a cure for the infection. She is seen exchanging letters with Miki.
