Flanagan

Dr. Flanagan was a doctor from Zeon's Flanagan Institute, which specialized in Newtypes. He assists in the development and research of the mobile armor Elmeth, as well as its pilot Lalah Sune. This character had a different appearance in the original TV series. The main character designer Yoshikazu Yasuhiko redesigned him for the movie trilogy and that version has been used ever since. In the light novel adaptation of the original series, his full name is Lom Flanagan.
