A flying pirate who is tough on the exterior, but very soft on the inside. When he was kidnapping kindergarten girls from a passenger ship, he decided to kidnap all of them because he didn't think it'd be nice for them to be separated from their friends. When Fio reprimanded him for dishonoring flying pirates, he quickly bowed his head in shame. He doesn't like Porco Rosso because Porco Rosso always gets in his way. However, when Fio told him to stop bothering Porco Rosso, he listened.
