Naomi is a gyaru - she has a tanned skin and colored hair (her real hair color is black). Despite her being a gyaru, Naomi is friendly and she worries about the sickly Daisuke Wakui. She is in good terms with Megumi Takara and Yuu Etou.

When Kubodera-sensei killed himself, she was the first one to escape the classroom, as her seat is the closest to the door. Because she didn't go to the camp with her class, she didn't appear in the anime since episode 8.
