Kanna Ootsutsuki (大筒木カンナ) was a villager during the era of Ninshuu, where she lived in a village that Asura Ootsutsuki was tasked to help. She eventually grew closer to him and became his wife.

Anime debut: Naruto Shippuuden Episode #466 Kanna was taught to use Ninshuu by Asura and discovered she had a talent for healing chakra and was taught the Mystical Palm Technique. (Source: Narutopedia)
