Shizuka Haiji is a contender of the Blue Lock Project, who currently is a member of Spain's FC Barcha during the Neo Egoist League.
He was first introduced as part of the final string of forwards remaining after Second Selection.
Haiji has grey confetti-like hair and wide-green eyes.
Haiji seems to be a quiet person.
