Her eyes are yellow, and her hair is blonde. She sports two twin tails at each side of the head, reaching a bit below her shoulders. Her hair also covers her left eye and eyebrow, while a single lock of hair falls over her right cheek. She wears a maid outfit. Ami is a real troublemaker; she loves troubling Kanan, often using Youji Kyougi as her main element to annoy her.

Though she loves making Kanan jealous, she seems to respect her relationship with Kyougi, as she is shown to be happy for her. Once a few months have passed since Kanan's trip to the Human World, Beelzebub asks Ami to check up on his daughter. With this, Ami parts to the Human World.
