Vice President of the Royal Granfelt Special Magic Academy’s Student Council is the heir to the noble Halfen family and a prominent figure within the noble faction, which opposes the royalist faction. Arrogant and prideful of his noble lineage, he picks a fight with Haruto C after first-year student Irisphilia fails to greet him.

He attacks Haruto with magic but is unharmed due to prior defensive magic. In retaliation, Haruto C injures him with a magic gun. Mistaking another attack as Irisphilia's doing, he challenges Haruto to a duel, believing he can win. When Irisphilia tries to plead for the duel’s withdrawal, he sexually harasses her by commanding her to "dance naked." However, Haruto, disguised as Shiva, intervenes and punishes him by implanting a painful barrier, making the duel practically impossible.
