About
Toshiya was a competitor in the Silver Conference. He made it all the way to the semifinals, where he battled Harrison. After defeating Hazuki, he went on to win the finals. His Championship Trophy was given to him by President Tamaranze.
Toshiya's known team consists of a Rapidash and a Rhyhorn.
