Atla

Atla is the King of Arlia before he was dethroned by King Moai. Atla has a humanoid insect appearance with large, insectoid eyes with a glossy sheen, two small antennas, five-fingered hands and toes, and mandible‑like facial ridges around his cheeks and jaw. He has light blue exoskeleton‑like skin with several colored patches of skin and thin black lines going across them on his chest, arms, and shoulders. He has small spikes on his forearms and three on his back. He also wears a gold bracelet on his right arm and has bandages on his left arm. (Source: Dragon Ball Wiki)
