Kouji Haneda
About
A professional shogi player and the older brother of Shuukichi. He was the second victim of the case from 17 years ago next to American politician Amanda Hughes. They were both assassinated by the Black Organization via the APTX 4869, even though their deaths were pubicly stated as a mystery.

He left behind his girlfriend, Rachel Asaka who was also Amanda's bodyguard. After the incident, Rachel went into hiding and changed her name to Rumi Wakasa.
