Shimon Hijiri

Shimon Hijiri (聖シモン, Hijiri Shimon) is a Chuunin from Konohagakure. In Part I he is a proctor for the written portion of the Chuunin Exams. In Part II he assists Inoichi Yamanaka in reading the mind of Yuudachi. His eyes are obstructed by his bangs in the manga.
