Willard Evanstine

A New York City police officer who is deliberately grossly insensitive, sharing videos of Ash taken when he was younger with other members of the police force to try and pressure the boy into a false confession of murder and appeared to take satisfaction in the teen's discomfort. He is also an insider for Dino Golzine, calling him with the news that Ash had been framed for a crime and was being held by the police for it. His rival is Antonio Jenkins as he quickly and bluntly excuses the latter from Ash's case when the gang leader is framed for murder in his district.
