The CEO of the Sewa Financial Group. Even though he is only called the landlord in the anime, manga and Funimation dub, the sixth special gives him his current name.

He is the first villain in the series. He murdered his best friend and president of the Yatsubishi Bank, Tetsu Yamazaki, because of the "under-the-table" financial dealings that the owner had with Yamazaki, even though the episode does not clearly state the motive.
