Sankichi

The protagonist of the "A Tale of Two Robots" segment. Sankichi is the hot-headed leader and pilot of Steamer Benkei, a massive, clunky, wooden giant robot built to protect his village. When a mad Western scientist named Jean-Jaqcue Walkerson III invades Meiji-era Japan with a giant tin mechanival walker named Tinker Bell, Sankichi and his ragtag crew are the only ones standing in his way.
